Tocino:

1. Whisk together all ingredients for tocino (soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, MSG, black pepper, red food coloring) and marinate pork belly in the mixture for 2 to 3 days.
2. Add marinated pork to a pan on medium heat and cook for 8 minutes, making sure to flip the pork every minute to prevent burning.
3. Once the pork belly is nice and caramelized, set it aside and chip it into bite-sized pieces.

Garlic Fried Rice:

1. Heat butter and 3 tbsp of oil in a wok on medium-low heat. Once the butter is frothy, add the minced garlic.
2. Once the garlic is golden brown, add the rice and season with salt and MSG to taste.
3. Mix together for a few minutes and set aside.

Fried Eggs:

1. Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil on medium heat and fry your eggs. Make sure the whites are fully set and the bottom is brown and crispy (4-5 minutes).
