Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Spam Musubi 1. Wash the rice three times and cook it in a rice cooker with water. 2. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and Tabasco sriracha sauce in a bowl. 3. Cut and fry the spam in a pan with oil and use the sauce as the glaze. 4. Once caramelized, use the spam can and plastic wrap to form the Musubis. 5.
